And we take great care to ensure that our products meet high-quality standards. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your order, please read our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns for any defective or damaged products. If you receive a product that is damaged or if there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your product. We will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to return your items, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Non-Returnable Items

As we work with a print-on-demand drop shipper and products are customized based on your order, we do not accept returns on products that are not damaged or defective. All sales are final for non-defective items, including prints, clothing, and accessories.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only if the product is defective or damaged. If your return request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, unless the product is defective.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Once your order is fulfilled, the shipping time varies depending on your location.

    • USA: 3–4 business days

    • Europe: 6–8 business days

    • Australia: 2–14 business days

    • Japan: 4–8 business days

    • International: 10–20 business days

  • Fulfillment Location: We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, meaning your order will be printed and shipped from the closest available facility.

Customs & Taxes

For international orders, please note that additional customs duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs office. These fees are not controlled by us and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any delivery address mistakes.

  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.

  3. Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct and the package isn't with your post office or neighbor, please contact us at hello@astradelacreme.com with your order number. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
